It’s time to start another homework assignment! Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. The more information you give me, the better understanding I have of your needs in order to deliver the best possible end result. I will use this information to present one email design concept for each template. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to let me know.

What is the primary purpose of this project?

What exactly do you want your readers to do and feel upon receiving these emails?

Another way to ask is this is — for these informational and promotional emails, how will you measure its success? The more detailed, the better.

Are we talking about the same ideal client/target audience? How do they view email?

What is the desktop-mobile ratio, in case you have the numbers?

Do you have any non-negotiable/must-have design elements you'd like me to note?

I'll definitely be adding the brand signature styles I'll be creating in the next few days. :)

What official email address should we use?

This will be placed under the "From" and "Reply-To" sections, and it's advised that an email address ending in your company's domain name is used.

I'll be using placeholder (Lorem Ipsum) text all throughout the template designs, but do you have any particular copy or image/s set in stone you'd like me to include in these emails?

I aim to tell a compelling story, and really good images and copy can be an effective tool for this. Please add any important images or copy you'd like to add, if any, on our Drive. Thank you!

What social media links or any other content pieces, i.e. videos, blog, or any link from your website, would you like to include?

Please enumerate all the links.
